What Clients Have Shared
Accounts from a range of organisations across different sectors and engagement types.
Rashidah Haron
Head of HR, Financial Services Firm, Kuala Lumpur
"We engaged Celik Digital for the Talent Development Strategy when we were trying to figure out what AI competencies we actually needed. The skills gap analysis was thorough — it surfaced a few things we had not considered, particularly around data literacy in roles we had assumed were already capable."

Chan Wei Lun
Finance Director, Manufacturing Group, Penang
"Our finance team was producing the same operational reports manually every week. The automated system Celik Digital built has saved us a significant amount of staff time. The parallel run phase was particularly useful — it gave us confidence that the outputs were correct before we fully switched over."

Nurul Khairin Zulkifli
Data Science Lead, Technology Company, Selangor
"The bias detection workshop was more hands-on than I expected. My technical team had worked with fairness concepts before, but having guided exercises on actual datasets — and seeing the non-technical participants grasp the implications — was valuable. It changed how we discuss model review internally."

Suresh Krishnamurthy
Operations Manager, Logistics Company, Johor Bahru
"What I appreciated was that Ahmad was upfront early on about what the automated reporting system could not do given our current data infrastructure. That honesty saved us from setting expectations we could not meet internally. We ended up with a more modest scope that actually works well."

Lim Mei Xian
CEO, Professional Services Firm, George Town
"As a small professional services firm, we were not sure whether the Talent Development Strategy was pitched at organisations our size. It was. The output gave us a realistic picture of what we could build with our current team and what we would need to hire for — without trying to oversell us on a bigger engagement."
March 2026
Faizal Rahman
Head of IT, Healthcare Group, Penang
"We wanted the workshop to include our clinical informatics team alongside senior management. Nadia structured the sessions so both groups came away with something relevant. The afternoon exercises on bias detection tools were particularly useful for the technical participants — it was clear she had run this kind of session before."

How Engagements Have Unfolded

Service: Automated Report Generation — Completed February 2026
The Challenge
The finance team was manually compiling weekly operational reports from three separate data systems. The process took approximately three hours per week per analyst, and late data from one system frequently caused last-minute delays.
What We Did
We mapped the existing data flows, designed connectors to all three source systems, built report templates with narrative summaries for each section, and configured weekly automated delivery. A six-week parallel run ran alongside the manual process to validate outputs.
What Changed
Weekly report production time dropped from approximately three hours to around fifteen minutes of human review. The team now uses that recovered time for analysis rather than compilation. The system has been operating without issues for six weeks post-handover.

Service: AI Bias Detection Workshop — Completed January 2026
The Challenge
The data science team had been flagging bias concerns internally for some time, but leadership lacked a shared framework for discussing them. Decisions about model deployment were inconsistent because different people were working from different assumptions about what "acceptable" fairness looked like.
What We Did
We ran a two-day workshop with fourteen participants — six from the data science team and eight from product and leadership. The sessions covered fairness metrics, dataset auditing tools, and model explainability, with hands-on exercises using the organisation's own AI product categories as context.
What Changed
The organisation established an internal model review process within four weeks of the workshop. At the follow-up session, the team reported that the shared vocabulary and framework had meaningfully improved how cross-functional teams discuss AI fairness decisions.
Professional Services Firm, George Town
Service: AI Talent Development Strategy — Completed March 2026
The Challenge
A 22-person professional services firm wanted to integrate AI tools into their workflow but did not know whether to hire, train, or partner. Their leadership had received very different advice from different sources and needed a structured way to make the decision.
What We Did
We conducted a skills assessment across the full team, interviewed four senior members individually, and benchmarked the firm's capability profile against comparable organisations in the sector. The output was a talent roadmap covering three scenarios at different investment levels.
What Changed
The firm selected the middle scenario — internal upskilling for two existing staff members combined with a part-time specialist engagement. They described the roadmap as giving them a way to have a concrete internal conversation that had previously stalled due to a lack of shared framing.
