Celik Digital was established in George Town, Penang, by practitioners who had spent years observing a recurring pattern: organisations were eager to adopt AI, but many lacked the internal grounding to do so with confidence. The technology moved fast; the human infrastructure to support it often did not keep pace.
We set out to address that gap — not by offering a product or a platform, but by working directly with the people inside organisations. Our work spans consulting, technical implementation, and structured training. The thread connecting all three is the same: we help organisations understand their AI choices, not just make them.
Based in Penang, we work with clients across Malaysia — from established enterprises navigating digital transformation to growing companies exploring where AI might fit into their operations for the first time.

Ahmad brings twelve years of experience across enterprise data systems and workforce development. He leads client engagements focused on talent strategy and organisational readiness for AI adoption.
Lim Yee Seng
Technical Lead — AI Systems
Yee Seng oversees technical design and implementation for the Automated Report Generation service. His work centres on connecting data pipelines to natural language generation systems that departments can operate independently.
Nadia Ismail
Workshop Facilitator & Responsible AI Practice
Nadia designs and delivers the AI Bias Detection Workshop, drawing on her background in applied machine learning and responsible AI research. She has facilitated training sessions with technical and non-technical audiences across the region.

Scoped Deliverables
Every engagement begins with a defined scope document agreed by both sides. Deliverables are specific, measurable, and reviewed at each stage.
Data Privacy by Default
Client data handled during technical engagements is processed under strict confidentiality agreements and retained only as long as necessary for the engagement.
Independent Review Practice
Technical deliverables undergo internal review by a team member not involved in implementation before being presented to the client.

Post-Engagement Follow-Up
